1. Digital Products (Tarot Courses)
All tarot courses offered by Geetah 369 are digital educational products.
Due to the instant access to digital content, live classes, course recordings, and educational materials, all course purchases are final.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances after payment has been successfully completed, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to attend live classes.
- Lack of time to complete the course.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.
- Failure to complete the course.
- Accidental purchase by the customer.
Please review all course information carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Course Cancellation
Course enrollments cannot be cancelled after payment has been successfully completed, even if the live batch has not yet started.
Students who miss live sessions will receive course recordings according to the course terms.
3. Physical Products (Crystal Products)
We take great care in packing and shipping every crystal product.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement after verifying the issue.
Refunds are not provided for physical crystal products except where required by applicable law or where specifically approved by Geetah 369.
4. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement request may be approved only if:
- The product arrives damaged during transit.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us verify the issue, customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
5. Return Shipping
If the replacement request is approved due to our error or a damaged product, Geetah 369 will bear the applicable return or replacement shipping costs wherever reasonably possible.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
If your cancellation request is received before packaging or shipment begins, your order may be cancelled and a refund may be approved.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Geetah 369 reserves the right to deduct applicable payment gateway charges from approved cancellation refunds where such charges are non-refundable to us.
7. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds simply because:
- You changed your mind.
- You no longer want the product.
- You ordered the wrong product.
- You expected a different result from the product.
8. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately.
After verifying the duplicate transaction, the additional payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Failed Payments
If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed due to a technical issue, please contact us with your payment details.
After verification, Geetah 369 will either:
- Confirm and process your order, or
- Issue a refund for the unsuccessful transaction.
